VOCATIONAL DANCE COLLEGE PRODUCTIONS
At KS Dance all students gain as much performance experience as possible. This includes performing on locations for Camera, Theatre Performances, Television productions, Competitions, Galas and Internal Choreographic events.
As part of vocational dance college training, we offer the students the chance to take productions on tour with our Allegrodance Touring Company. This is a 2-3 week tour in the Spring. One of the many highlights for our audiences each year. The Touring Company offers creativity, opportunities and experience to the Dancers as they perform to thousands of children and young people up and down the country.
Each year KS Dancer perform in theatres in the North West of England. These performances comprise of a feature length Ballet or Neo Classical creation and a Showcase programme of established or choreographed works in Jazz, Lyrical, Commercial, Contemporary, Spanish, Tap and Musical Theatre.
This year during 2024 KS Dance will Travel to London, Liverpool and Birmingham for a variety of performances with an diverse group of students participating at each venue.
KS Productions will also be in re-imagining the story of “CINDERELLA” as its Main Production at The Brindley Theatre this Spring. This will be a brand new show with Neo-Classical choreography by Kate Simmons, Amanda Gilliland, Gillian Hurst and Matthew Tolpiss.
UK Vocational Dance Colleges are significant in the contribution of talent to the ever expanding performing arts industry. KS Dance is delighted to be able to invite Talent Scouts and Agents to our performances so that our students may gain the necessary contacts that will help to kickstart their careers.
