Open Days
We have Open Days available to all members of the public, in particular those prospective students who are looking to obtain a place in September 2018. Our Open Days look to be vibrant and welcoming events and will be held on Wednesday 15th and Thursday 16th November. For details and booking please contact our offices.
Our open days involve a full day observing Ballet classes, alongside other genre, and the opportunity to gain a real life feeling of KS Dance. This raw and positive event allows parents, supporters and prospective students to observe the intimate and nurturing atmosphere that surrounds KS Dance and all those who attend. We invite you to enjoy a day with us and ask as many questions as you feel necessary.
Auditions
Similarly, we are now accepting audition applications for the coming year. Our audition dates for the rest of 2017 are 21st November 2017 and 12th December 2017. Please contact the office for application packs.
Our audition process offers the unique opportunity to meet all of the Senior teaching staff responsible for each genre and take part in a one to one interview and discussion with the Director, Kate Simmons, and a member of the Ballet Health and Wellness staff. During our audition process each candidate will have the opportunity to ask questions and make sure that receive the full flavour of KS Dance. Our process involves a Ballet Class, a jazz technique class, a physical assessment and a student and parent interview with Heads of School. This process individualised and specific to the needs of each Dancer with each individual assessed on their Dance merit and application. We welcome audition applications from all over the world.
